Synopsis:

The Christmas is coming soon, and at Santa Polar Manufactures Inc. things are not going great. The employees are taking too many breaks, and slacking off all the time. Bathrooms on company time? That is unacceptable.

So Santa decides it is time for drastic action. Presents must be produced in time, and to achieve that, he introduces strict rules.

He also purchases a surveillance kit, to make sure these rules are enforced via paycuts.

Game mechanics:
Your task is to use the surveillance kit and watch over your employees. Every time you see one of them violating company policy, you have to issue them a paycut.

This is the only way to keep their productivity in check. If productivity falls to zero, you will not make enough presents for Christmas.

Make sure to keep the productivity high enough until elves are done manufacturing the presents, and you can save Christmas this year (and the future of your company!)
